March 2010 Results

I started the month at 181.6 and ended the month at 181.2.

Exercise 3 times a week.
Still easy to do. I think I missed 1 day this month.

Count calories 4 times a week.
Didn’t do it.

Walk 5000 steps per day 4 times a week.
Still easy to do. No problem.

Train 3 times a week. (One Hundred Push Ups)
Didn’t do it.

Test once a week. (One Hundred Push Ups)
Didn’t do it.

2 out of 5. Oops, I shouldn’t be going backwards.
