Today, I’ve decided to join MyFitnessPal. My wife and 2 other family members had already joined in an attempt to lose weight. I am already a member of Lose It however, I decided that it would be a good idea to join MyFitnessPal and try to help encourage her and the family. Meanwhile, I’m evaluating it against Lose It to see what is better. So far, they seem about the same. They both have apps for iPhone and Android devices. They both allow you to put in information about what you ate and track your calories. They both allow you to put in exercise information. At moment, Lose It seems a little easier to use, but that could be because I’ve used it for the last several years.
